Introduction
Carpet tiles are designed for commercial performance and aesthetic flexibility. Easy to install and maintain, these carpet tiles are ideal for offices and retail areas. They are flexible, easy to install, and come in a wide variety of patterns. To ensure a neat, durable, and functional end result, the installation process and pattern selection are crucial factors.

Prepare the Floor
The floor must be clean, dry and level.
For ceramic floors: Ensure that the grout lines are not too deep.
If necessary, fill them with levelling compound, so that the texture of the grout does not “imprint” on the carpet surface over time.
For cement floors: Ensure that there is no loose sand or high moisture content.

Get Your Tools Ready
You don’t need heavy equipment, just prepare:
Large Cutter (Heavy Duty): Prepare plenty of spare blades (refills).
Dull blades are the enemy of neatness.
Steel Ruler and Triangle: For cutting straight lines. Do not use a plastic ruler.
Measuring Tape & Chalk Line: To find the centre point of the room.
Glue: You can use yellow glue (such as Aibon/Fox) or special carpet glue (tackifier).

Start From the Central Point
Draw vertical and horizontal centre lines in the room until they meet at a central point (cross). Begin laying the first four carpets exactly at that centre point, then work your way outwards.

Determine Your Pattern
On the back of your carpet tile there are arrows that show the direction of your carpet. This will be a tool in creating the overall pattern of your space.
Name | Patterns | Description |
Monolithic | ![]() | Achieve a sleek and uniform look by aligning all tiles in the same direction. Perfect for creating a sophisticated, seamless appearance. |
Quater Turn | ![]() | Add a dynamic and textured feel by rotating each tile 90 degrees. This pattern is great for adding visual interest and dimension to your floor. |
Brick | ![]() | Create a classic and structured design by offsetting each row of tiles, similar to a brick wall. Ideal for a timeless, orderly aesthetic. |
Random | ![]() | Embrace spontaneity and creativity! Place tiles in any direction for a unique, eclectic look that’s sure to stand out. |
